These are my terms written to ensure that I can dedicate time and attention to all my orders (including, hopefully, yours). I am not a bakery with a full time staff so please get in touch early, you can enquire through the order form here. All cake quotes are custom, and require a good deal of time.  If after receiving a quote you choose not to proceed, that's okay! please let me know once you've made that decision.

Payment

I take a non refundable 50% deposit of your quoted total. I you choose to add any more designs or items such as toppers the extra cost will be added to your balance which is due the Monday before your event. I do not hold dates longer than 48 hours without a deposit and you may loose your spot in my calendar.  

Pick Up/Delivery

Once you've let me know what time your event is, we can set a pick up time. I will ensure your order is ready at this time. To ensure a smooth hand-off there will be a 30 minute window for you to collect your order.  If you are not able to make it within that timeframe, please notify me as soon as possible so we can coordinate the next best time. Pick-ups outside of the agreed upon time may be delayed.

Delivery for orders will be coordinated with you or the venue (if applicable). Delivery windows are 30 minutes to account for any unforeseen circumstances, the same window I give for pickups. 

If I am unable to make it within that window I will be in contact to let you know the closest ETA.
